These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the access to and use of the cuci8 online gaming platform, accessible at cuci8.cam

cuci8 is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting operator offering services to eligible players, including — but not limited to — sports wagering, live dealer casino games, slot machine games, lottery-style games, and related gaming products. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cuci8 Platform, you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain a cuci8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cuci8 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your date of birth. Any account opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds deposited may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold cuci8 accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion programme or have previously been self-excluded from cuci8 or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of cuci8 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or licensing partners, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.

cuci8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold onlyone (1) cuci8 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 9 of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You undertake to promptly update your account information should any of it change. cuci8 shall not be liable for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person using your credentials — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you and shall be liable for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cuci8 immediately via live chat or email support. cuci8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cuci8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of the payment method(s) used to fund your account (e.g., screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet, Maybank account, or CIMB account).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or suspended until verification is complete.

cuci8 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts or instruments that are legally registered in your own name. Deposits funded from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit that cuci8 reasonably believes originated from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. As a general guide, minimum deposits start fromRM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposits may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly limits as determined by cuci8 or by the applicable payment provider.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are generally credited to your cuci8 account immediately or within a few minutes of authorisation. FPX and bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5to 15 minutes, depending on the processing schedule of your bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and are generally credited within 15 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Currency

The primary account currency on cuci8 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. cuci8 shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations that may affect the value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and elsewhere in these Terms.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your cuci8 account, unless cuci8 grants explicit written approval for an alternative withdrawal method. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

cuci8 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5 to 15 minutes from approval.
• Direct Bank Wire Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes from approval.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to network confirmation, typically 15 to 30 minutes.

These are indicative timeframes only. cuci8 does not guarantee that withdrawals will be processed within the stated times. Processing may be delayed during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Your KYC verification must be complete and all required documents must have been submitted and approved.
• You must have complied with all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds included in your balance.
• Your account must not be subject to any investigation, suspension, or restriction.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

cuci8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside cuci8's control. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) associated with USDT TRC20 withdrawals are for the account of the User.

cuci8 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total wager amount that must be placed before any winings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

cuci8 maintains the right to void bonuses and withold associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in, or attempted to engage in, bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — the following:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using a bonus in conjunction with low-risk betting strategies (such as arbitrage or hedging) designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Coluding with other Users to exploit promotional terms.
• Using bonus funds on games that contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements in a manner that circumvents the intended purpose of the promotion.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement obligations expire within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to monitor the validity period of any bonus you accept.

All bets and wagers placed on the cuci8 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that are published on the Platform at the time of wagering.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

cuci8 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager placed by any User at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only deemed accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform and bet reference number has been issued. No verbal representation by a customer service representative constitutes acceptance of a bet.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, human error in the setting of odds, or any other manifest error, cuci8 reserves the right to void any affected wager and refund the original stake to the User's account. cuci8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a User as a result of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes. Winings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

8.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC events, and other sporting events are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event type. Markets may be suspended, voided, or amended in response to result uncertainty, event cancellation, or extraordinary circumstances outside cuci8's control.

8.4 Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant games, are governed by the rules of the specific game software provided by our licensed studio partners. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the game studios and are available on request. All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cuci8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — referal to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one cuci8 account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering event.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms, wagering requirements, or promotional structures in a manner not intended by cuci8.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback or reversal requests in respect of legitimate deposits.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any unauthorised software to interact with the Platform.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without cuci8's express written authorisation.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

cuci8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, a Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used in a manner that exposes cuci8 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time as requested.
• cuci8 is required to do so by applicable law, a regulatory authority, or a court order.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, cuci8 may forfeit some or all of the funds held in the account, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. You will be notified of any forfeiture and the reasons for it to the extent permitted by law.

You may request the voluntary closure of your cuci8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written authorisation.
• Use any automated tools scrape, index, or extract data from the Platform.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform software or content.
• Use the cuci8 brand, logo, or trade marks in any manner that may cause confusion or imply an unauthorised association.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci8 — including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered on it.

Without limiting the foregoing, cuci8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from network outages, payment provider disruptions, or technical malfunctions beyond cuci8's direct control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Winings voided pursuant to a manifest error or technical malfunction as described in Section 8.2.

In all cases where cuci8 is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your cuci8 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cuci8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of cuci8's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in cuci8's operating licence framework.

In the first instance, cuci8 encourages Users to contact our customer support team to resolve any dispute informally. Our team will use reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under which cuci8 is licensed.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
